Join us for our August Astronomy on Tap event Aarhus where Professor Thomas Greve, DTU will visit and do a presentation on "In the heart of The Milky Way lurks a supermassive black hole"  Thanks to an international collaboration, we’ve captured an image of it — using a global telescope network effectively the size of Earth itself!

The Greenland Telescope plays a key role in the groundbreaking Event Horizon Telescope, and Professor Thomas Greve from the Cosmic Dawn Center at DTU Space will tell us about the telescope, its discoveries and what they reveal about the cosmos.
