Students pitch innovative satellite missions and explore the industry up close
Students in the Space Missions and Space Technology course capped off the semester by presenting creative satellite mission proposals and visiting GOMSpace for an inside look at satellite integration and development.

On June 12 and 13, students in the Space Missions and Space Technology course completed their final exam by presenting satellite mission proposals developed in small teams throughout the semester. The presentations were evaluated by a panel of instructors, who were impressed by the overall quality and creativity of the projects. All teams passed — congratulations to the students for their excellent work!
Ahead of the presentations on June 11, the course also visited GOMSpace, where students toured the facilities, including the cleanroom used for satellite integration. A big thank-you to GOMSpace for their generous hospitality and inspiring insights into the satellite industry!
